What started as an idea in 2021 has grown into something much bigger.

The Merch Factory began with a simple vision — to make quality merchandise more accessible, creative, and personal. In 2023, we took a major step forward by bringing manufacturing in-house, giving us greater control over quality, production, and the final product.

Today, our journey has brought us to Okhla, where our manufacturing comes to life, alongside our office in Hauz Khas, where ideas, designs, and collaborations take shape.

From the first concept to the finished product, we’re building more than merchandise. We’re building a place where brands, businesses, creators, and communities can turn their ideas into products people actually want to wear and use.

And this is just the beginning.
